Get Rid Of Acne Fast – Easy Way To Eradicate Pimples And Prevent Blemishes From Occurring!

Perhaps you have pondered strategies to prevent or slow down acne outbreaks, but have yet to be successful in this endeavor. The good news is that there is truly an easy method to get rid of acne fast, along with eliminating new blemishes from forming.

This article includes a variety of tips and hints to help you in your acne prevention endeavors. However, before we dive into this arena, I’m going to lay a little bit of a foundation as it relates to a few fundamental truths concerning this skin disease.

As you have probably already discovered, numerous acne treatment options have appeared on the acne eradication and prevention front. As an esthetician, I think I have had some involvement with just about everything on the market in order to try to help individuals eradicate his or her acne.

What I have concluded, is that the majority of quality acne treatment products do provide some degree of help or relief, however, the majority of these acne solutions do not factor in a person’s skin type.

For example, a person with oily acneic skin needs an entirely different treatment plan than a person with dry skin who has acne. This will certainly have an impact upon how a person’s skin responds or reacts to a product, along with the eventual outcome.

The bottom line in acne eradication and prevention is that there is no one-size fits all, so to speak. However, there are certain things that anyone can do who has acne, which will cause acneic skin to have a positive response regardless of your skin type and regardless of the severity of the acne.

Acne And Diet

The medical profession is slowly closing the loophole concerning the link between acne and diet. If what we consume can have a negative effect on the health of our body in terms of high cholesterol or heart disease, just to name a couple of health issues, then why would one think it has no bearing or contributes to the cause of acne. We are what we eat and a diet that consists of nothing but sugars, processed foods, soda, and junk food will eventually reflect a picture of ill-health.

Acne And Stress

There is a definite correlation between acne and stress, just as there is a correlation between your body’s health and stress. When the body is stressed, the adrenaline soars, which in turn can lead to acne outbreaks.

The jury is divided as to whether stress causes acne to occur, or if stress just makes existing acne worse. Either way it is not a good situation and the end result is an increase in the oil production, which ultimately clogs the pores and causes the breakouts.

Here are a few examples of stress, which results from emotional situations:

The death or health of a loved one.
Anxiety stemming from an upcoming test, job interview, wedding, or other big event.
Living in an abusive relationship.
Being overworked and under appreciated.

Here are a few examples of stress, which results from physical situations:

Lack of sleep.
Smoking or drug abuse.
Sedentary lifestyle – living the life of a slug.
Over-exercising. Too much of a good thing can have a negative impact.

HOW DO I GET RID OF ACNE FAST?

Easily, if you are willing to make a few lifestyle changes.

Drink plenty of water to flush the body of toxins.
Eat a balanced diet consisting of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with whole grains and healthy proteins.
Take a food-based multi-vitamin each day to insure your body receives the necessary nutrition it requires.
Get a minimum of 8 hours sleep each night, however, if your body requires more, then adjust your schedule in order to sleep longer.
Your body will purify and heal itself while sleeping. Strive to reduce and/or eliminate the stress in your life.
Strive to live a life of balance. For example, you don’t want to be sedentary, but at the same time, you don’t want to be exercising all day.
Kick the bad habits like smoking, drugs, and excess alcohol consumption.

The truth is, you can get rid of acne fast if you know exactly what to do. In addition to the above, check out the resource box below to learn how you can start getting control of your acne.

Acne Acid – Better Known As Benzoyl Peroxide – An Acne Treatment

Many acne suffers struggle with knowing exactly how to use over-the-counter medications for acne treatment. Some types of acne will benefit from Benzoyl Peroxide, while some types of acne will require a multi-pronged approach to treatment. Laser light therapy, facials, extractions and so forth, are used in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide for the effective treatment of many types of acne. Understanding that there are many approaches to acne treatment, today we will focus on benzoyl peroxide as one option.

Benzoclear, – a benzoyl peroxide formulation in a gel base for maximum effectiveness, forms the foundation of treatment for all grades of acne. For grade I acne, Benzoclear is all that is needed. Basic therapy for all grades starts with mild doses and works up to the levels needed for complete clearing.

Maxiclear – contains all the most effective acne ingredients in one product to help rapidly treat inflamed areas. Maxiclear works in conjunction with Benzoclear. It is used as an overnight mask. It contains benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, salicylic acid, zinc oxide and alpha hydroxy acids (lactic and glycolic) in a gel base. This product goes deep into the pore to kill bacteria and cause the pores to rapidly exfoliate.

Applying Benzoclear

The first important question you must answer is where to apply the Benzoclear. “On my pimples” is wrong, let’s clear up that common misconception which keeps thousands of acne sufferers from successful treatment.

Acne sufferers who rely on the instructions that come with over-the-counter medications often misunderstand how to apply benzoyl peroxide, for good reason. First of all, advertisements and labels for acne medications often talk about “drying up pimples”, giving the impression that the medication is supposed to work on existing pimples to dry them up. So, users often dab the medication only on their blemishes. In truth, you can’t do much about the advanced-stage pimples you can see on your face. They are a lost cause.

What you must do is keep future pimples from forming. Remember that it takes weeks for a pimple to develop. What you do today prevents a breakout several weeks from now. But because consumers don’t understand this, they often dab the lotion just on their inflamed lesions. Benzoclear and Maxiclear often do help blooming pimples disappear a bit faster, but the primary benefit is their ability to stop pores from sludging up with dead skin cells, thereby preventing microcomedones from ever forming in the first place.

Remember that acne moves across your face in a predictable wave according to your age, first involving the forehead, chin and nose, then cheeks, and finally the jaw line and upper neck. The whole point of treatment is to stay ahead of that wave. Stop it where it is now; don’t wait for it to migrate to other areas. Apply Benzoclear to affected areas, but also keep ahead of the wave by at least one inch. Remember that the first acne impactions are invisible, and just waiting to develop.

Now you are ready for your first application. Wash your face with foaming cleanser and water; then wait thirty minutes. Spread a film of Benzoclear lotion over the entire area that is now breaking out or likely to break out in the next few weeks. By “film” – there should be a visible application, not so thick as to flake off when it dries, but not so thin as to vanish.

General Rules and Precautions

Avoid eye area. The skin around the eyes is very sensitive. Pretend you are wearing large sunglasses and do not cover the area that would be hidden by the glasses. Benzoyl peroxide can irritate the eyes and cause the eyelids to temporarily swell. So don’t inadvertently rub it into your eyes.

The neck is also especially sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. If you treat your neck, start slowly with a milder preparation.
Avoid sensitive areas around the nose and mouth. The small area just around and under your nostrils and also at the corners of your mouth can also easily be irritated. So avoid the triangular area bounded by the “smile lines” that go from your nose down to below the corners of your mouth.

Acne Scars 101

Acne scars have always been the bane of the existence of teenagers, performers, actors, or almost anybody. With the face being the first thing a person fixes their eyes on, it is almost impossible not to shy away from any onlooker.

But what is it exactly that turns acne into acne craters, acne pockmarks and acne scars? And what can people do about them? Is there any truth that acne scars are permanent?

Before diving deep into the effects or the aftermath of having acne, let us acquaint ourselves with the causes of acne first. Acne is generally caused by four different reasons: most common is the extra oil that our face or body produces, clogged pores, bacteria, and inflammation. That is why people who are oily or those who tend to get exposed to pollution or dirt have acne problems, and from acne come acne scars, acne pockmarks, and acne craters.

Acne Scars:

Acne scars are sort of the battle mark that people get for having them. After such time of getting acne, it turns into acne scars because the damage the acne did affected or damaged the deeper layer of the skin, the dermis. The marks that are left behind from the acne are actually caused by collagen, which are fibrous protein that tries to repair the damaged area. However, the collagen can only go so far as to repair the damage done and not resemble how the skin looked before the acne.

For those who fear that it might be permanent, is there any way to get rid of acne scars or at least prevent them from ever happening? Since prevention is better than cure, acne prevention is much easier than actually solving the problem it leaves behind.

– Have acne treated immediately so as to avoid it from becoming too severe or inflamed, making it leave the mark

– Do not touch, handle, pop, or squeeze out the acne as it may actually make it worse and may make the healing period longer

– Use sun block; this is because the suns ultraviolet rays damage the skin making acne and acne scars worse

– Dermatologist prescribed topical cream may also help prevent acne scars

For those who already have acne scars, over-the-counter topical cream, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels prescribed or done by a dermatologist are recommended.

Acne Pockmarks and Acne Craters:

As for acne pockmarks, they occur when the acne is too severe, and when the inflammation has reached deeper layers of the skin. Unfortunately, pockmarks are permanent, but there are treatments that may help to make them less visible.

Treatment for acne pockmarks include non-invasive laser treatment, skin filling, ablative laser resurfacing, dermabrasion or microdermabrasion, and chemical peels which all must be done by a dermatologist so as to guarantee proper treatment.

As for acne craters, it is a depressed acne scar that got its name because the damage it does resembles that of a crater. Though some may be shallow or mild, some may go very deep the reason why people seek treatment.

Surprisingly, even with the permanent physical damage it does, there are some varying treatments. For shallow acne craters, simple over-the-counter treatments can do the trick, however for deeper ones, collagen treatments administered by a dermatologist to plump up the crater or reduce the spot are an option.

The Causes and Best Options to Clear Adult Acne

Adult acne is something that affects more women than men, but definitely can strike anyone at anytime during the twenties, thirties, and forties. Some people who develop more severe cases of adult acne end up with the same depression and anxiety that teenagers experience through adolecense.

The cause of adult acne is not known for sure in all cases, but many of the cases can be seen as caused by hormonal fluctuations. This can be especially true in women who suffer from adult acne. The good news is that there are several options to help clear adult acne, and are available without a visit to the dermatologist.

Many people can find plenty of over the counter products to choose from by simply visiting a local drugstore. The hard part is knowing which one will actually work to clear adult acne without giving you any other skin problems though. You also need to think about how many products you want to risk spending money on if it isn’t a sure thing that they will really work. As with any skin products, you should know what type of skin you have before purchasing a product.

You won’t want to buy a product that is made specifically for oily skin if you have drier skin and vice versa. You can research certain products before buying them as well. If you have access to the internet, you may be able to find reviews by other consumers who have had or have not had luck with a particular product. Otherwise you may find yourself with a ton of products that don’t even come close to being able to clear adult acne.

One product that stands out as being very effective to clear adult acne is anything that has a good percentage of benzoyl peroxide. This is usually the main ingredient in any effective acne treatment products that you can buy over the counter, and has been known to be safe for your skin.

Whether you choose a spot treatment, a whole facial wash, or a weekly mask, you will most likely have the best luck with a product that contains this ingredient. If the problem lies from an internal cause, then you may want to try an over the counter product while getting checked through blood work for your hormone levels as well. Those are usually in very serious cases where any over the counter topical product will not clear adult acne properly.

Vitamin A For Acne – Benefits Of Vitamin A To Cure Acne

Vitamin A is not just essential for the health of eyes, but also good for your acne treatment. Maybe only a few of us know that deficiency of vitamin A can cause acne. Vitamin A itself can be found in carrots, bananas, orange, egg yolk and milk. You can also find this Vitamin in animal-based food such as cheese, egg, milk, etc. Keep reading to find more about benefit of Vitamin A for acne treatment.

Benefit of Vitamin A for acne treatment:

a. Natural inhibitor to sebaceous glands.

When your body has enough amount of this vitamin, it will be an inhibitor to sebaceous glands. And the result, production of sebum will be much reduced. As we know, sebum and dead skin cell contribute to cause acne.

b. Antioxidant.

– Vitamin A is very helpful to control acne formation and to improve your skin health and to get rid toxin out of your body.
– This vitamin has a very powerful anti oxidant that gets rid of oxidative stress which is caused by free radicals.

c. Vitamin A helps face pores remove dead skin cell.

However, there are things that you should note:

a. Zinc is needed to absorb Vitamin A and help it prevent acne.

b. The daily value of Vitamin A for an adult is 5000 IU. Over dose Vitamin A can cause menstrual problem, liver toxicity, dizziness, vomiting headaches, and nausea.

e. Beside Vitamin A, don’t forget to include minerals, Vitamin E, omega, and other nutrition in your diet plan to prevent acne.

Acne Control Tips That Minimize Breakouts

If youre searching for acne control tips that can diminish acne breakouts with no acne medicine, medications, or seeing a skin care expert, then the following acne control tips may be the most important information you read today.

Heres why:

Ive recently learned that you can reduce breakouts by getting your body to rapidly digest the foods you eat.

Let me explain

If your body process foods at a snail’s pace, foods will start to rot and release toxins throughout your body. And once toxin level reach a high point, your body will start to eliminate it through your skin, causing your skin to breakout.

So what you need to do is make sure the foods you consumed dont stay in your system for more than 24 hours.

So how can you speed up the digestion process and prevent your body from releasing toxins through your skin?

Consider the following:

Eat in a relaxed and calm state dont eat in a hurry, watching TV, driving or eat while youre doing something else. This can arcs back your G.I. tract and cause incomplete digestion.

So in order for your body to digest foods completely, you must eat in a relax state by taking your time and eating your food slowly.

Dont drink fluids with meals Drinking any type of drinks with your meals will dilute your bodys digestive juice which are needed for breaking down and digesting food.

Although water is essential for detoxification, the only time I recommend drinking water or any type of fluid is between meals or when youre consuming something very dry (but only drink enough to help you swallow it).

Chew food thoroughly chew and break down the foods you eat to the smallest particles possible before swallowing. Otherwise chunks of undigested food will enter your colon putrefying and feeding Candida and other parasites which can lead to acne breakouts.

Allow food time to digest before exercising I recommend you wait at least one hour before starting any type of workout after consuming any meal.

This is simply because when you exercise your body directs blood away from your digestive organs and transfer it to your muscles. This will slow down or even stop digestion altogether. So just relax after you eat.

Avoid eating big meals for breakfast or dinner Your body goes through a cleansing, absorption, and assimilation cycle every day.

The cleansing phase occurs at night till morning. This is when your system clears out all the toxins that it accumulated from the day before.

The absorption phase starts from morning to afternoon. This is when your system absorbs the nutrients from the foods you consumed.

And finally the assimilating phase. It starts in the afternoon and goes on until evening. This is when your system assimilates the nutrients that your system absorbed. And take them to the cells and organs that they need to be.

Therefore, if you eat large meals in the morning time your body will stop cleansing and start digesting the food you just ate.

The same happens in the evening. Your system will stop assimilating nutrients to your cells and organs and start digesting.

Therefore, the only time you should or could eat large meals is in the afternoon. When your body is absorbing nutrients from the food you consume.

What happens if you do eat big meals for breakfast and dinner?

Your body will become chronically toxic, because your system did not have the time or energy to fully cleanse your body of toxins.

Which of course can result in more acne breakouts.

Choice Of Skin Care Creams For Acne Prone Skin

You must take care of your skin if you want it to be healthy and glowing. However taking care of your skin becomes more than vital if you are nursing skin conditions like acne. One of the most urgent steps in this direction is to choose skin creams for acne prone skin with great care and caution. Here are a few tips that will help you with the same.

First make sure that you invest in a reputed brand only. L’Oreal, Bodyshop, Forest Essentials , H2O etc are some of the most trusted names in the world of skin care. These brands may cost you a little further but they are worth it. Don’t for unknown products just because they come inexpensive as they could be painful your skin.

To endure additional protection, you must only use non comedogenic skin care products. These products don’t block your skin pores, even after re-peated use. If you use comedogenic products, they will block your skin pores. This may make your acne worse and can even lead to acne where there’s none. It is none.

It’s very essential that you use only those skin creams that suit your skin type. Throw away your notion that acne prone skin is same as shiny skin. This is one big reason that many acne sufferers tend to buy and use skin care creams intended for shiny skin. This is surely a wrong thing to do. Acne prone skin is not necessarily oily. It can be anything-sensitive, oily, dry. It could also be a combo skin. So it’s integral to understand your skin type first. Only then you should select a skin product. A skin care product.

A skin cream isn’t really enough to serve the purpose. You must have a variety of products to complete routine. You would like cleaner, moisturizer, toner, scrub and many others. However, It’s vital that you purchase these products from the same skin care range or brand. This is so because the products are created in such a way that they compliment one another functions. if you use products of varied skin care brands there’s probability that they may meddle with each other’s working. This can make you get only partial or no benefits at all.

While you select skin products with care, it’s also critical for you to select the right anti acne solution as well. Go in for effective products such as the Zenmed Derma Cleanse System that works on the most heavy cases of acne too. The product not just treats existing acne but also prevents future breakouts. And in case, the product doesn’t work, you can always select the Zenmed refund guarantee.

Be aware of the healthiness of your skin and remember to be acne conscious when you go to buy skin care creams next time.

Acne Scars Elimination Methods That Get Results

acne sufferers face more than one concern. There is of course the constant nuisance of the acne itself. There is also the anxiety caused by the acne scars and lesions which will render the skin an aesthetic disaster. The reason for this is that most people believe that acne is a temporary situation whereas you are stuck with acne scars for the rest of your life.
Today, a number of treatments that successfully cure acne scars are easily available. However, some acne varieties leave behind scars that are so deeply embedded in the skin that no treatment can wipe them out totally. It is therefore extremely important to ensure that acne scars do not form at all. The trauma of dealing with acne on an ongoing basis and the high expenses incurred on futile treatments can be avoided if acne scars are not allowed to form from the start.
What we will be discussing here are the many forms of acne scars which exist, the ways to treat them and last but not least, how to prevent them by tackling the internal causes of the condition.
The Causes and Types of Acne Scars and their diagnosis
Studies indicate that acne scars mostly come about as a result of severe acne which causes nodules and cysts to form in the deeper layers of the dermis. Other causes include damage caused to the skin by picking or popping acne, infection, cystic acne which works its way deep into the dermis and overgrown skin tissues.
It has also been found that some people’s skin is more susceptible to scarring from any type of acne. After all, the healing process of the acne wound is dependant on several factors and stages of healing like the skin’s reaction to inflammation, uneven deposit of collagen and the formation of new tissues and capillaries among others.
It is absolutely essential therefore to start treatment for acne scars at the earliest so that the tissues are not damaged beyond repair.
Acne scars can be of two varieties: those which come about because of skin tissue loss and those which form because of an increase in skin tissue formation.
Scars which form because of an increase in skin tissue:
Where there are increased skin tissues, the most commonly found acne scars are Keloids scars. These scars are more likely to be found on people with dark skins and appear when an excess of collagen is formed by cells as part of the healing process. These scars are usually smooth and are shaped irregularly.
Acne Scars as a result of skin tissue loss:
Acne Spots are basically visible as either brown or red patches of the skin which tend to fade away with time or by using topical scar treatments. After an acne breakout, the subsequent discoloration due to inflammation also fades away in the normal course but can be successfully hastened with the use of MSM.
Ice-pick lesions are acne scars commonly seen on the cheeks and are similar to cuts made by ice picks on ice. Whether these scars occur on the surface of the skin or deep under the dermis, they are more difficult to treat than the discolored scars.
Depressed fibrotic scarring: deep nodules leave behind this type of acne scars. They are white and rigid and are characterized by sharp margins and steep sides.
Atrophic scar macules: Acne scars of this type are small and white and are generally soft and distensible. Other types of scars include boxcar scars, characterized by vertical edges and round indentations and rolling acne scars which are the result of the surface of the skin getting stuck to the subcutaneous layer are other types of acne scars.
treatment of acne Scars
Mostly, acne scars fade away slowly, as do Post inflammatory pigmentations but there are some which resist removal. The only way to smoothen them away is through topical treatment or surgical cosmetic intervention.
Each acne scar needs to be tackled in its special way. There are also scars which require to be treated through a combination of several eradication methods. Very many treatments exist for getting rid of scars and these include: pulsed laser technology, dermabrasion, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, punch techniques, collagen injections and creams.
Collagen injection involves injecting collagen or fat under the skin. This treatment is generally administered in the case of soft scars, whether deep or shallow. However, the effects of collagen are not long lasting and injections have to be repeated every 6 months. Also, it should be noted that collagen has some adverse side effects and allergic reactions could also develop.
Microdermabrasion is used as a treatment for mild scarring by scraping the outer skin layer. When minute particles are passed through a vacuum tool the skin is activated to produce new cells.
Laser resurfacing is a method by which the skin layer is flattened and resurfaced with the help of laser. This is done so that scars become more even with the surface of the skin and are therefore less noticeable. It has been found that newly formed acne scars respond better to laser treatment than do the old ones. However, this process can cause disagreeable side effects such as infection and an unusual reddening of the skin. At times, it can even aggravate the scars.
Punch grafting is done by cutting the acne scar right down to the fatty layer of the skin and then repairing the hole thus created by grafting a small piece of skin.
Post hyper pigmentation acne scar marks have been successfully treated with MSM and Alpha lipoic acid acne ointments. Dermabrasion or laser resurfacing can effectively cure ice pick scars while collagen injections are used to treat thin or flat acne scars but not ice pick scars. Steroid injections, crytotherapy and silicone gel dressing are normally used to treat keloid acne scars. If the keloid scar is not very thick or red, a combination of pulsed laser treatment and carbon dioxide laser cures them.
Preventive measures for acne Scars
If you are looking for acne scar treatment that will be inexpensive and free of side effects, then the only solution is to get rid of the acne first. This can be done by identifying and curing the deep rooted imbalance within your body by natural remedies and not by topical acne treatments, steroids or the standard medications available over the counter. Once you have treated the internal malady which has caused the acne you will not develop acne scars and so the question of costs and treatments will not arise at all.
We already know that acne and its resultant scarring are not a skin problem but are caused by internal imbalances. Once that is fixed there will be no acne and consequently no acne scarring.
You can successfully prevent the formation of acne at its very root and therefore not get any acne scars. This will give you a blemish free complexion and freedom from the emotional trauma of living and dealing with an acne ridden face.
